Do you use Nahimic or have any other audio processing/control software running that might be redirecting the output? If you don’t use Nahimic for anything, uninstalling it and restarting the PC might be a good idea to try. It looks like you may have MSI Nahimic software installed? We’ve seen some conflicts with this in the past and I wonder if your sound output is being redirected to a different playback device rather than your default speakers.
